Abstract

Several deuterio-labelled brassinosteroids, [26, 28-²H₆]brassinolide (1), [26, 28-²H₆]castasterone (2), [26, 28-²H₆]typhasterol (3), and [26, 28-²H₆]teasterone (4), were synthesized from [26, 28-²H₆]-crinosterol (5).
