Abstract

The water vapor treatment has been applied to the annealing of as-electrospun partially oriented poly(vinyl alcohol) nanofibers, and it has been found that the fibers can be crystallized without dissolution at a temperature of 23 ^oC in a relative humidity of 70 %, and left for 3 or 7days.
