Muscular metastasis of cancer is rare. We had experienced a case of muscular metastasis of gastric adenocarcinoma. The patient was a 68 years old man. The metastatic tumor was located in the left M. vastus lateralis. Its size was 6×5×3cm. The extirpation of the tumor was done in seven months after the total gastrectomy. At present he is healthy without recurrence and metastasis.
