Recurrent educational program for mechanical engineers, three-dimensional Computer Aided Design (CAD) and Computer Aided Engineering (CAE)-Design and Finite Element Simulation-has been started for one of the university educational activities as social contribution to the regional engineers. The outline of the educational program carried out and the evaluation results of participants are described in this report.The basic and important policy and instructions to enhance the recurrent educational program are also discussed.
