The purpose of this paper is to Promote the Domestic Intermodal Freight Transportation. The required conditions of them are grasped by making questionnaire about truck operators' intentions of using maritime freight transportation as a line-haul mode, especially between Kanto/Kansai and Kyushu. The chechs of using maritime freight transportation are to maintain a few cargo volumes to return, imperfect delivery system, the more stopping places, the problems of a sale for truck and so on.
