Abstract

The industry of non-ferrous mineral resources is in worsidwide recession, while Communism in Eastern Europe and Soviet Union has collapsed and thedetent has progressed. On the contrary, China is growing economy. It continues to show double-figure economic grows. There is increasing demand for non-ferrous mineral resources centering arround private needs.Especially alminum and copper are in greate demand and China imports from a lot. China is considered to be resourceful. Considering chinese population and economic growth in world economic crisis, the situation is not satisfactory at all. Because they have many difficult problems especially environmental issues.
