抄録

Dye-sensitized solar cell is expected as one of the next generation solar cells. Energy-conversion efficiency record reaches 10.4%, which is almost the same as that of amorphous silicone solar cells commercially available. This article summarizes the recent research trends of the solar cells from the viewpoint of high efficiency, low cost, solidification systems and module structures. Tandem cells with a floating electrode are described as one of our recent achievements. The demands for films and papers are also summarized.
