On the 1 st and the 2 nd reports, we determined standard load by data of locomotive or wagon load which is using in each districts and inspected allowable bending moment or stiffness for live load act on various beams. Using those results, we determined the figure of I-beam, the length defined as 5, 8, 10 and 12m, which was planned as safely for each standard loads.
