Abstract

Since 1990, profile of the Japan Toy Association have continued to forward with a Toy considered blind children. It is known that The Small-bumps proposal. However, it is not enough for blind children to play together children who don't have disability. Developer has to know blind user, and should design with user.Blind children and fine children are able to play together with the" Sound On Move " created in this research.
